Royal Wedding!

Wow! What a wedding that was! I set the alarm for 4:50 just so I could see the moment of her getting out of the car! And it was worth it! She was STUNNING! I love the lace arms, the shear vail, and the hair down! Her sisters dress was also beautiful! William looked very handsome in his suit as well. How cute was Harry! Im shocked! Didnt know he turned out so cute! Favorite part of the whole thing was the 2 Kisses on the balcony :) Williams blushing checks and Kates sweet smile. You can tell they are really in love! I cant even imagine how it must feel to be her! Heres some picture of her dress!

{Monday}

Hello! Its Monday again! (and a rainy one) Well over the weekend I came up with a couple new ideas. The first is I went to a awesome flea market and found some old tin ceiling tiles ($8) and I am going to make a headboard out of it for my guest bedroom! Something like this picture:

I also came up with some new invite designs! I got really inspired to do very retro designs! With fun colors! I really love the light blue/orange combo and the gray/yellow combo! So these are my favorites from my designs!

DIY Inspiration!

I am a huge fan of anything DIY! I think by making your own accents and decorations it makes your home more personal, and makes you love that piece that much more! I have found a few inspirations that I would like to do!

This is a table that is made from a lamp base and a picture frame top! Such a cool idea! As soon as I saw this picture I ran out to my local flea market and bought a lamp! I have a antique window that I am going to use for the table top. Im going to spray paint it white though! 

These are chandeliers made from thrifted kitchen items! They have antique glass tea cups for the lamp shade and mini wine glasses for the bottom! How cool is this idea! Not sure how you could the bottom out of the cups, but I love this idea! Maybe someday I'll make one of these!

Well those are just a few that I found! Ill put up pictures when the lamp table is finished! :)
